All Domestic Shipments $175.00 or more ship free of charge.

Domestic shipments under $175.00 are charged a flat rate of $8.95.

All customized orders are re-created by hand by our designers and printed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. We will send a notification email when your order has shipped.

REFUND POLICY

Returns
While we don't typically accept returns for personalized items we do want you to be thrilled with your order. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item and we will work with you to make things right.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or defective.
